How to get started

How much does it cost?

$99/mo paid annually which includes the documents, the cost of government filings, and one year of fiscal representation. You’ll be responsible for paying your taxes and fees for other services you use.

At the end of that year, your fiscal representation will automatically be renewed. You may cancel this service after you become a tax resident and update your address with the tax office.

Can I change any details after I've submitted the application?

We can edit your details if we haven't filed any documentation with the government yet.

In case we have already filed the documents, then this might be slightly tricky to get done and we can't promise anything. However, please reach out to us as soon as you wish to change any detail and we'll try our best to have the changes made.

How can I cancel my Baseflow process?

If you’d like to cancel any process, reach out to the Baseflow team to ensure you’ve paid the required fees for our services and we will help delete your application. Please note that you will also have to reach out to the government on your end to dissolve the company in order to ensure you do not incur any fees in the future.
